WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It typically takes 14-21 days for orders to get to our domestic customers. International delivery times vary due to customs. As soon as your sneakers are authenticated, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link track your package.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping is $10. For limited time, we are offering a promotional shipping rate of $25 to Canada, and $30 to everywhere else. Customers may incur additional charges for sneaker packs and heavy items. Since all shoes come to us for verification first, orders will typically arrive within 7-9 business days for domestic customers. International delivery times vary and international customers are responsible for any additional taxes on shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
